As all Jarel wines, this wine proceeds 100% of the original Moscatel grapes from the slopes of Cómpeta. It is obtained after a process of fermentation at a controlled temperature. So that the typical fragrances of this variety are been squeezed.Wine experts find in this variety a fragrance of citrics when smelling it. Aditionally, you can also find several floral scents mixed with the great typical freshness of young wines.
Its initially surprising taste offers an evolution reminding its smell. It will surprise for its coolness, its mineral notes and its great aromatic potential.
This wine of D.O. Sierra de Malaga is a young wine. It has not been added any type of breeding in order to preserve at their maximum its lasting taste and its typical fruity fragrances. It is not advisable a long bottle breeding.
To be served between 12 and 14 degrees of temperature. It goes very well with fish soups and/or seafood.
